ALPHA NextGEN OBD1 Emulator
ALPHA NextGEN EMU — Beta Tester Release
The ALPHA NextGEN EMU is a next-generation emulator platform for supported OBD1 Honda/Acura ECUs, built for real-time tuning, datalogging, and future expansion through the ALPHA ecosystem.
This beta release gives early users access to the ALPHAemu hardware, custom firmware, and the developing ALPHAlink Tuning Studio software experience.
ALPHA NextGEN EMU is not just a basic ROM emulator. It is being developed as its own tuning platform with dedicated software, its own communication protocol, future baserom development, HTS map conversion support, and a LEGACY support mode for more traditional RTP and datalogging workflows.
Compatible ECU Types
ALPHA NextGEN EMU is intended for supported socketed/chipped OBD1 Honda/Acura ECUs commonly used in the Honda tuning community, including ECU families such as P06, P28, P30, P72, and similar compatible OBD1-style ECUs.
The ECU must be properly chipped/socketed before use.
This means the factory ECU must be prepared with the correct ROM socket/header setup required for emulator installation. If your ECU is still completely stock and has not been chipped, socketed, or prepared for tuning hardware, it will need to be modified before the ALPHA NextGEN EMU can be used.
Professional ECU socketing or installation is recommended.

Beta Tester Release Notice
This first release is a beta tester production run.
Beta testers are getting early access to the hardware and software before a wider public release. During the beta period, users should expect firmware updates, software updates, feature improvements, bugs, changes, and occasional frustration as the platform continues to mature.
Beta testers are expected to help improve the platform by reporting bugs, providing feedback, testing features, and sharing real-world results.
By joining the beta release, you are becoming part of ALPHAteam and helping shape the future of the ALPHAemu platform.
Important Tamper Notice
Tampering, unauthorized firmware retrieval, software manipulation, bypass attempts, or attempts to reverse or manipulate protected parts of the system are prohibited.
Serialized devices identified as tampered with may be disabled in future software or firmware releases.
ALPHAteam is open to collaboration from people who want to help improve the platform, but development help must happen through communication and approval, not unauthorized access attempts.
Important Compatibility Notice
ECU is not included.
Vehicle tuning is not included.
Socketing/chipping service is not included unless purchased separately from an authorized installer or dealer.
Compatibility may depend on ECU type, ECU condition, socketing quality, installation quality, baserom support, wiring, and software development status.
This product is intended for users who understand early-access tuning hardware and are willing to participate in the beta process.
Join the first wave of ALPHAteam and help build the future of affordable OBD1 Honda tuning.
