The details.
The ALPHA QM3 Driver is a modern replacement for the obsolete Sanken STA413A module found in OBD1 Honda ECUs.
The original STA413A uses BJT (Bipolar Junction Transistor) technology, while ALPHA's replacement uses modern MOSFET and TVS technology.
What it drives
Unlike the QM1/QM2 modules that handle fuel injector operation, the QM3 is responsible for several auxiliary ECU outputs, including FLR (fuel pump relay control), ACC (air conditioning compressor control), O2HTR (oxygen sensor heater control) and FANC (radiator fan control). Output assignments may vary depending on ECU model and board configuration.

We like MOSFETs, and for good reason. Compared to traditional BJT technology, MOSFETs offer several advantages, including lower power dissipation, improved switching efficiency, and reduced heat generation.
